A: A virtual assistant usually just does what’s handed to them. They help with tasks but don't always look at the bigger picture. With someone who specialises in business support, you still hand me tasks to complete, but I am also identifying gaps, improving efficiency, organising systems, and finding ways to make your business run smoother. It is the next best thing to having an employee dedicated to your business.

A: Absolutely. I can dive into your current tools and see what is working and what is not. From there, we can either improve what you already have or look at other tools that make your business run even better.

A: Both. I offer long-term support for ongoing business needs and one off tasks when you need help with something specific.

I will send you a pricing and services guide and we will go through my onboarding process, which usually takes about a week. An invoice needs to be sent and paid before work begins.

A: For important things like instructions and tasks, I prefer email. For day to day updates or quick info, I use WhatsApp. Everything will be clearly laid out once we get started.

A: That depends on what your business needs. I offer flexible support, from a few hours a week for ongoing tasks to larger blocks for bigger projects. We will figure out what works best together.

A: Pricing depends on the scope of work and what kind of support you need. Usually we start with a package, and anything outside that is charged hourly.

A: I do have Usually I can start once we have discussed your needs and completed the onboarding process. One-off tasks can often be started right away, and ongoing support depends on availability.

A: I can get started once we’ve completed the onboarding process and the first invoice has been paid. If everything moves smoothly, this usually happens within five business days.
